1. due to some of the family members not in employment or business, my mom and I are the breadwinners for the family.
However, I learned that, by this year my mom might be opted for VSS for her current employment, so I guess it's just the matter of time before I start to be the sole breadwinner for my family.
2. comot the cat ran away sometime before ramadhan fasting month, so bubu-chan the orange kitten was left alone.
There is something in bubu-chan's eyes when he looked up to me.
When he looked up to me when he wants to eat, when he wants to taste the foods I bought during "open-fast" (buka puasa), when he slept beside me as I lay restless at the living room sofa, when he looked up to me looking for someone to play with, when he looked up to me as I cuddled him.
I realised now, because when I rescued him from the pump room at my previous project, he was just about a month old or so, without a mother looking after him.
3. This ramadhan month was tiring and restless. I prepared drawings, documents, prepared materials,
took some GI Class C pipe sleeve, measured and cut the pipes by myself, delivered the materials with motorcycle to site and helped the workers to install it.
The photos above is our team installing PVC pipe sleeve for sanitary services. After installation, our team installed the trimer bars for reinforcement, so that the pipes remain rigid during concreting. And yes, I did some with my two bare hands.
As my team is still starting up, the weight of the responsibility lies at my shoulders, because what matters in the end is the result.
You can argue with reasons and excuses, but what the clients wants is the result. Reasons, discussions, meetings are all just "tools" to achieve the required result.
3. I just feel that, everybody wants happiness, but happiness can't pay bills. Money does.
